Making a purchase from roadforms.com couldn’t be easier. Simply browse our online store and add the items you want to buy into the shopping cart. After you’ve finished shopping, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details so we can start processing your order. 

By placing an order with roadforms.com, you acknowledge to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact us at info@roadforms.com before placing your order with us. 

We accept the following payment types at checkout: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept Western Union transactions and will never request a Western Union payment from you. 

You can also make payment or place your order over the telephone. With all credit and debit card payments, we process your order straight away through the fully secure and renowned processing services. When the order is placed via our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website. 

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, prices include VAT at checkout. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order as usual and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. 

To complete your order, you will need to request a delivery quoteSimply complete the details at checkout, and a member of the team will be in touch by email with an accurate quote. If you accept the quote, you will be able to complete your transaction and make the payment. You will receive an automated email confirming that we have received your order. However, this email does not indicate that a contract exists between us. Once we have indicated acceptance of your order, we’ll send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the event that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the new price is acceptable. 

We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us, we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. 

If you have made an error when ordering or have had a change of heart, you can amend or cancel your order by calling or emailing us before you receive notification of dispatch.
